We are seeking highly motivated and skilled sales people to join our team. We are a local real estate company that focuses on the development and sale of rural land. As a sales person you will be responsible for the sale of land and working leads to showing properties and attending closings on sales of our in- house inventory of land. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, basic computer skills, have their own vehicle, strong work ethic, honest, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: * Market Properties * Generate and work leads * Show land: Schedule and conduct property tours for potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of each property. * Attend closings: Work with buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth closing process, answering any questions and resolving any issues that may arise. Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in sales, negotiation, and customer service. * Active and seasoned Facebook account. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Basic Computer Skills * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
