Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette during customer interactions. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. * Keep abreast of product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to assist customers accurately. * Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management as needed. * Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. Experience * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a grocery store environment. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Demonstrated ability to sell products and services while providing an exceptional customer experience. * Familiarity with product demos and upselling techniques is a plus. * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
