We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Demonstrate upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but no required.
• Strong basic math skills for handling transactions

• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer questions and inquiries effectively.
