Overview

: We are seeking a knowledgeable and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to join our Charlotte, NC office. In this full-time role, you'll serve both the land surveying and building construction industries, helping customers find the right solutions through top-tier equipment, service, and support. Please Note: Surveying experience is REQUIRED for this position. We are only considering applicants with hands-on field knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-person sales calls and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Assess customer needs and offer equipment and solutions tailored to surveying and construction layout
• Demonstrate products such as Robotic Total Stations, GPS systems, Rotating Lasers, and Field Software
• Manage accounts within the Charlotte and surrounding region, including territory planning and reporting
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to regional growth
• Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure an excellent customer experience Required Experience & Skills:
• 2+ years of land surveying field experience (REQUIRED)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with survey equipment and software platforms such as Leica, Carlson, or Trimble
• Self-driven, organized, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local territory

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Prior experience in outside sales, especially in the surveying or construction industry
