Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the cabinet, millwork, and casework industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining current customer relationships and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and nurture a customer call list to ensure repeat business and build long-term relationships. * Lead Generation : Identify and generate new customer prospects through research, outreach, and follow-up efforts. * Sales Support : Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order processing. * Follow-Up : Ensure timely and thorough follow-up with both existing and potential customers to drive sales opportunities. * Administrative Duties : Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales progress, and other relevant data. * Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, including production and logistics, to ensure smooth customer service and product delivery.
