Location: Austin, TX Employment Type: Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 Base + Uncapped Commissions (Target Earnings: $120,000-$150,000 annually) Role Summary CG Heating and Cooling, LLC is seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Sales Agent to join our expanding team. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships, and closing new commercial and multi-family service agreements, in addition to selling HVAC installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of HVAC industry sales success, a strong network in the San Antonio market, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. This is a highly visible, revenue-driving role that directly contributes to the growth and success of our commercial services division. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and target prospective commercial and multi-family clients for HVAC service agreements. * Sales Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, outbound prospecting, cold calling, and attending industry events. * Client Consultations: Conduct site visits, assess client HVAC needs, and propose customized service and installation solutions. * Proposal & Closing: Prepare, present, and negotiate contracts and proposals for service agreements and installation projects. * Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term client relationships to drive recurring revenue and referrals. * Collaboration: Work closely with the service operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. * Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to strategically position CG Heating and Cooling. * Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts in CRM tools. Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of overall sales experience , with at least 2 years specifically in HVAC sales (commercial sector preferred). * Proven success in selling HVAC service agreements and/or installation projects. * Strong understanding of commercial and multi-family HVAC systems and terminology. * Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. * Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. * Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Proficient with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
