We are currently seeking individuals who are interested in earning extra income by filling in on an as-needed basis at Sugarless Delights [please apply online] . Our regular shifts take place on Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional openings for fill-in coverage on one or both days. -Shifts would be from 6:45am to 7:30pm on Saturdays and 7:45am to 5:00pm on Sundays. Pay Rate: $10/hour + $1 commission per bottle sold (Can easily make a minimum total of $15 an hour to even $25/Hour in a low stress fun job) (Bottles sell for $9.99 each) Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Syrup Sales Representatives with a focus on sugar-free syrups to join our team! This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for selling high-quality sugar-free syrups and engaging with customers to introduce them to our product through free samples. Your goal is to educate potential customers on the benefits of our syrups, encourage them to try a sample, and ultimately, drive sales. This position offers a competitive hourly wage plus commission for every bottle sold! Key Responsibilities: * Engage Customers: Approach potential customers in a friendly, approachable manner, and introduce them to the benefits of our sugar-free syrups. * Provide Samples: Offer free samples of the syrup to customers, allowing them to taste before they buy. * Promote Product Knowledge: Educate customers on the features, uses, and health benefits of our sugar-free syrups, creating excitement and interest. * Drive Sales: Actively promote and encourage purchases of the syrup bottles, aiming to achieve personal and team sales goals. * Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. * Sales Tracking: Keep track of sales and report daily numbers to the management team. Ensure all transactions are accurately processed. * Maintain Inventory: Assist with restocking and maintaining the display area to ensure products are well-presented and fully stocked. Qualifications: * Strong people skills and a positive, outgoing attitude. * Ability to engage and connect with customers, building rapport quickly. * Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. * Must be comfortable offering samples and encouraging customers to try new products. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance. * Looking for people that want to work 7 hours a week either on a Saturday or/and Sunday every week or twice a month or to be added to our Fill in list. Compensation: * Hourly rate of $10 per hour. * Earn an additional $1 commission for every bottle sold.
