Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Support office management by organizing files and handling correspondence.
• Provide administrative assistance to staff as needed, including scheduling appointments.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency.
