Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Associate to join our team. This role is essential in driving membership growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring that potential members understand the value of our offerings. Duties * Engage with customers to promote membership options and benefits, effectively communicating the value proposition. * Conduct and arrange tours to showcase perks of being a member of Citizen House. * Utilize retail sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive environment. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building rapport with potential members. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively inform customers. * Assist in managing inventory levels and merchandising displays to attract customer interest. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing membership sales. Requirements * Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Experience in product demonstrations or promotional events is a plus. * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences for all members. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and contributing to team success.
