Our customers include meat, milk and egg producers as well as those with specialty and companion animals. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Versailles, KY regional team. This position provides critical customer and sales support. Responsibilities include working with operations and our supply chain to manage customer and sales requests via phone and email. You will be a team player and own entering and managing sales orders for multiple locations. You will support sales orders through order fulfillment, delivery, and invoicing. You will work closely with other customer service professionals, sales, supply chain functions, pricing, quality, and accounting to ensure we provide the highest level of customer experience. Other activities include back-up for other locations, billing/invoicing, customer credits and rebills. Qualified candidates will have previous customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills, and advanced computer knowledge in Microsoft office and ERP systems. A high-school diploma is required. A post-secondary degree with previous customer service experience in an Equine or Ag-related field is a plus.
