Now, we're looking for a dynamic, bilingual Inside Sales Agent to join our team in Dallas and help customers find their moving zen. Position: Inside Sales Agent (English/Spanish Preferred - No Cold Calling) Location: 8330 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway Frontage Rd, 10th floor, Dallas, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM What You'll Be Doing: * Delivering a positive, bilingual customer experience, helping English and Spanish-speaking customers transfer utilities and services to their new homes. * Speaking with customers over the phone to explain offerings, answer questions, and ease concerns--in both English and Spanish when needed. * Building trust and rapport through clear, culturally aware communication and personalized service. * Becoming a go-to expert on our services and educating customers with confidence. * Promoting our services and identifying upsell opportunities that benefit the customer and the company. * Accurately entering customer information and notes into our CRM. * Collaborating with other teams to resolve issues and support customer needs. * Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals. * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and service.
