Reporting directly to the CEO, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and contribute to the company's commercial growth. This role will be key to expanding our business, identifying new market opportunities, and managing strategic relationships with clients and partners. Key Objectives * Identify and develop new business opportunities and commercial partnerships. * Drive company expansion into new regions and market segments. * Maximize revenue and profitability through the acquisition and retention of key clients. * Manage relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. * Propose and implement innovative business strategies to ensure sustainable growth. * Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute short- and long-term strategic plans. * Optimize business and sales processes to improve operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities * New Business Development : Identify and engage new clients and business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle. * Negotiation and Deal Closing : Manage and negotiate contracts, commercial agreements, and strategic partnerships. * Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion. * Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, providing ongoing support and advisory. * Sales and Marketing Strategy : Contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans aligned with the company's strategic goals. * Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Track and report the performance of commercial initiatives, providing regular reports to the executive team. * Team Development : Support the training and development of the commercial team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. What We're Looking For * 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles, preferably in the transportation, tourism, or luxury services sectors (airlines, hotels). * Proven experience in negotiating and closing commercial deals, as well as managing long-term client relationships. * Strong market analysis skills and the ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies. * Advanced English (C1-C2 level). * Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. * Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to grow alongside a scaling company. * Customer-focused and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
