We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while managing transactions accurately and efficiently. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience and maintaining the flow of operations at the register. Retail Sales Associate Daily Responsibilities: * Assist with various functions and activities as instructed by the team leader * Answer customer questions about available products * Meet customer needs by assisting as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience * Execute and expedite point of sale transactions * Articulate current promotional events * Upsell products to best meet customer needs * Maintain well organized product displays * Convert customer interactions into successful sales * Process transactions at the point of sale * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals * Maintain a working knowledge of current offerings Retail Sales Associate Job Requirements: * A positive and solutions-oriented mindset * Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills * Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills * Drive to set and achieve targeted goals * Prior sales experience, retail preferred * Demonstrated communication skills * The willingness to follow up with customers * Experience and desire to work with technology * Must be capable of lifting objects up to fifteen pounds * Reliable transportation to Cincinnati, OH Experience: * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse customers. * A willingness to learn about products and sales techniques, including upselling strategies, is essential.
