Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Restoration Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving approvals, and providing exceptional follow up through your knowledge of the restoration industry, Xactimate, Symbility, and local building codes. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for analyzing market trends to identify new methods to achieve approvals. Your ability to follow up, communicate with reps and adjusters, and utilize strong organizational skills, will paramount to your success. Duties * Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Calling Insurance providers discussing the photos and estimates sent from our field technicians. * Analyze trends within the market, industry, and providers. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales. * Help to flip jobs from partial to whole approvals through knowledge of code and building standards. * Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our restoration services. * Engage in territory sales efforts, focusing on building relationships within the assigned region. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales. Experience * Proven experience in account management or Xactimate technology sales is preferred. * Knowledge on local building codes * Reading and navigating Xactimate * Reading and navigating Symbility * Familiarity with software solutions related to restoration services is a plus. * Strong skills in direct sales, including cold calling to insurance carriers/adjusters and territory management. * Ability to analyze data and market conditions effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. * Experience conducting product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
