Company Overview

: We are a growing company specializing in the R&D of innovative pharmaceuticals, as well as the production and sales of health and nutritional products. To support our business expansion, we are seeking 1 Sales & Supply Chain Associates (Bilingual Required) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Act as a liaison between the company and local factories to coordinate production tasks, issue production orders, and develop production schedules.
• Input and maintain accurate daily production and sales data.
• Support procurement activities by managing purchase orders and supplier communications.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, shipping, and tracking stock levels.
• Collaborate with the finance team to process and verify production-related payments.
• Organize and maintain production and logistics-related documentation, both physical and digital.
• Participate in online meetings with our domestic (China-based) teams and provide updates on supply chain operations.
• Communicate across time zones as needed to ensure smooth coordination with overseas teams.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs when handling shipments or inventory.

Basic Qualifications

:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or sales (health supplement industry experience is a plus).
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to coordinate with international teams.
