As we continue to expand, we're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Executive in the Watertown, NY area to join our dynamic sales team. - Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Meet with agricultural prospects and provide education on the benefits of Farm Drainage and the services that our company can provide.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Remain compliant with Alleghany Services policies and procedures, especially as they relate to sales.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to leadership with key performance indicators and results related to both closed business and anticipated new business within your pipeline.
- Collaborate with Alleghany's internal Engineering and Construction team to align on company goals and strategies. Additional

- Identify areas for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
- Ensure all company safety regulations are upheld.
- Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: The Account Executive position is customer-facing and instrumental in making other areas of the organization perform more effectively. Therefore, we believe the following traits represent keys to success in this role:

- Agricultural Sales Experience Preferred. Annual salary plus a monthly commission structure. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
