As we continue to expand, we're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Executive in the Watertown, NY area to join our dynamic sales team. Basic Job Functions: * Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. * Meet with agricultural prospects and provide education on the benefits of Farm Drainage and the services that our company can provide. * Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Remain compliant with Alleghany Services policies and procedures, especially as they relate to sales. * Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to leadership with key performance indicators and results related to both closed business and anticipated new business within your pipeline. * Collaborate with Alleghany's internal Engineering and Construction team to align on company goals and strategies. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: * Identify areas for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. * Ensure all company safety regulations are upheld. * Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: The Account Executive position is customer-facing and instrumental in making other areas of the organization perform more effectively. Annual salary plus a monthly commission structure.
