Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers and build rapport.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating totals accurately.
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and retail math concepts is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting products to enhance customer experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves.
