The ideal candidate need not have automotive sales experience but must have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed. We will train you to succeed as an automotive sales representative! $2500 GUARANTEE WHILE YOU LEARN OUR SYSTEM!!!! SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Greet and assist customers in a timely manner when entering the property
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication
• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and then providing options
• Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts and emails
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
• Be able to maintain above average CSI scores. JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
• High school diploma
• valid driver's license
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Current or previous auto sales experience is preferred, but not required WHY BE A AUTOMOTIVE SALES REP FOR MITCHELL TOYOTA:
• Aggressive payplan including Commission plus unit bonuses
• Closed Sundays
