We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships. Position Overview: As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and prospecting both new and existing clients. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in B2B full cycle sales, particularly within the commercial, facility management, or insurance industries. You will be both a hunter and an account manager, responsible for expanding our client base and nurturing existing relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategies to prospect and secure new business opportunities. * Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling. * Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, providing exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products. * Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications: * Proven experience in B2B full cycle sales. * Background in commercial, facility management, or insurance industries is highly desirable. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel locally to meet clients onsite.
