The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and a proven ability to manage the sales pipeline effectively. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process, ensuring a positive experience that fosters long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively engaging with potential customers through outbound sales efforts.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences.
• Present product features and benefits effectively to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that all vehicles are displayed attractively on the lot.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to set and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the dealership's CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to manage inventory effectively and ensure optimal presentation of products.
• Experience in managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
• Knowledge of sales management principles and practices is a plus.
