Responsibilities and Duties * Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs * Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program * Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction * Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction * Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales * Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers * Build and maintain customer relationships * Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc. * Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends Requirements * At least 5 years of previous outside sales experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Previous experience with HVAC systems preferred but not required * Giving full attention to the customer's needs and asking good questions * Working with office and field staff to meet customer's needs * Highly organized with exceptional follow-through * Negotiation skills * Goal driven * Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proficient with technology * Pre-employment Drug, Background, and motor vehicle check * Valid driver's license Experience: * Outside Sales: 5 years (Preferred) * HVAC : 1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Commission Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Paid time off * iPhone and iPad to keep you connected * Company vehicle and gas card If you're excited about this career opportunity, don't wait--apply today and become a valued member of the "ARCTIC TEAM!"
