DO YOU QUALIFY? * Muse be presentable in person, with strong social/people skills * Must be able to sell and close contracts * Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is required * Must have a proven success record in sales and working with others * Must be energetic, social, and have great people skills * Must be a Fire Starter, with a great attitude Requirements: * Proven track record in sales, particularly in the roofing or construction industry. * In-depth knowledge of roofing systems and materials. * Must have reliable transportation capable of carrying a ladder * Ability to climb roofs * Ability to walk door to door * Positive attitude * Be able to work in a team environment * Time management skills Responsibilities: Prospect and Build Relationships * Identify and reach out to industry partners, adjusters, and related professionals to build a network of contacts. * Establish and nurture relationships with homeowners to educate them on roofing services and insurance claim processes. Insurance Claim Expertise * Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in insurance policies related to roofing claims. * Guide clients through the insurance claim process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Sales and Negotiation * Present and promote our roofing services to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure roofing projects. * Collaborate with the estimating team to provide accurate project proposals. Documentation and Reporting * Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and project details. * Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and upcoming opportunities.
