Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Utilize basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change.
• Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales opportunities.
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction and service excellence.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
