We're seeking a driven Sales Agent to focus on property flips and new construction opportunities. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, investors, and builders to identify deals, support transactions, and deliver a standout buying or selling experience. This is a consultative sales role where lead generation and relationship- building are key. You'll guide clients through each step--from discovery to close--while helping expand our reach in the flip and new home market. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, relationship-focused, and passionate about real estate. Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals so our company's standards and values are reflected in every transaction * Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals * Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career * Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely * Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals * New home developer lead follow-up * New home builder lead generation * Database * CRM * Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: * Past sales experience is preferred * Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships * Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems * A real estate license is required * Commission opportunity * Good communication * Sales experience About Company KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
