Duties & Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Account Manager: * Manage individual client accounts to track program performance, ensuring both client and company goals are achieved * Engage directly with customers to promote client products and services, building brand recognition and driving sales * Respond to customer inquiries and address objections to ensure thorough understanding of products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction * Attend client update meetings to stay current on compliance standards, expectations, and to enhance customer service and sales skills * Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Client Account Managers to monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth * Organize and maintain client documentation, including sales contracts, agreements, and relevant information * Consistently meet client deadlines with attention to quality and accuracy, ensuring that both company and client goals are successfully met Preferred Skills & Qualifications of the Entry Level Client Account Manager: * B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Communications, Entrepreneurship or a related field is ideal but not required * Previous experience in client services, account management, or any customer-facing role is preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members * Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry standards while maintaining high-quality service * Ability to reliably commute to our onsite Ontario, CA office location Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58,375.00 - $65,024.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus Work Location: In person
