From brand strategy and advertising campaigns to experiential marketing, shopper engagement, digital media, and video content, our expertise spans a wide array of services to create impactful results. * ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking 16 high-energy, persuasive, and outgoing brand ambassadors to help drive signups for a major web-based social casino activation during the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) World Finals at AT &T Stadium in Arlington, TX, from May 16 -18, 2025. This is a fast-paced promotional event focused on user acquisition. Our client is a web-based social casino operating on a sweepstakes model , offering legal, free-to-play slots and table games using the same providers found in traditional casinos. Your mission: get attendees excited about the platform and drive high-volume signups through a QR code. We're looking for team members with strong sales skills , ideally with promo or event marketing experience , who can confidently hit signup goals while keeping the energy high. * *Location: AT&T Stadium - Arlington, TX * *Event Dates & Shifts: May 16 (Friday) * Outdoor Activation: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM * Indoor Activation: 5:45 PM - 8:45 PM * Roaming: 4:00 PM - 8:45 PM May 17 (Saturday) * Outdoor Activation: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM * Indoor Activation: 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM * Roaming: 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM May 18 (Sunday) * Outdoor Activation: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM * Indoor Activation: 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM * Roaming: 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM Staff will be scheduled across these activations to ensure full coverage. * *Signup Expectations: Each staff member is expected to collect: * 9 -12 signups per hour * 37 -58 signups per day * 111 -174 total signups across three days Training and talking points will be provided to help you succeed. * *Key Responsibilities: * Proactively approach and engage event attendees * Clearly explain the sweepstakes-based social casino concept * Guide users through the signup process on provided tablets or their own phones * Maintain a fun, professional, and energetic presence * Accurately track and report signups * Represent the brand with confidence and integrity *Ideal Candidates: * Previous promotional, brand ambassador, or sales experience * Strong communication and persuasion skills * Comfortable initiating conversations and educating others * Promo or event marketing background preferred * Able to stand and walk for extended periods * Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. *Compensation:* $70 per hour * *Apply Today!
