We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers over the phone. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in selling the expertise of our team, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and thoroughly understand the business and the expertise of our staff so as to sell those traits to potential clients.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and support staff.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and enhance the overall customer experience.Experience
• Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in-person and over the phone.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
