Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in client acquisition, referral partnerships, and market expansion in Hillsborough County. This role is essential in developing strategic initiatives to attract new clients, strengthen relationships, and enhance the firm's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition - Identify and pursue new client opportunities through networking events, referrals, partnerships, and targeted marketing campaigns. Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and professional referral sources. Brand Positioning - Enhance the firm's visibility through thought leadership, industry event participation, and marketing collateral development. Lead Generation - Develop and execute strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads into clients. Collaboration - Work closely with the firm's team to tailor solutions for clients and ensure outstanding service. Performance Tracking - Monitor and analyze KPIs related to revenue, referrals, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
