[please apply online] AQUA Home Care is a rapidly growing private duty home care company seeking a full-time inside sales representative for leads though out Florida. Aggressive sales compensation plan (base salary + commission).

Responsibilities

include:

• Establish and maintain relationships with inbound calls to drive home care referrals and admissions
• Talk with referred clients to assess needs, complete intake paperwork
• Provide on-going client support/customer service; introduce caregivers
• Responsible for documenting all marketing/sales activity via CRM
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding admissions goals and other sales performance metrics

Qualifications

:

• Must pass Level II background check
• College degree preferred
• 1 or more years of inside sales experience required, healthcare experience a plus
• Comfortable with technology, learning new systems & software
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Must be comfortable with cold calling
• Customer service mindset
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
