Position: Automotive Sales Professional Location: Hastings, Nebraska Compensation: Average of $55,000 to over $100,000 per year We are looking for highly motivated, outgoing individuals to join the sales team at Tom Dinsdale CDJR in Hastings. If you are someone who loves working with people and developing customer relationships while earning a competitive wage, this may be the job for you! No automotive experience is necessary! Some sales or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. Responsibilities: * Strive to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals. * Provide excellent service to customers in person, over the phone and via the internet. * Understand each vehicle's features to find the perfect fit for any customer. * Be able to demonstrate features and technology of each vehicle to interested customers. * Maintain contact with customers post-delivery to ensure that all needs are being met. Requirements: * Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. * A high school diploma or GED is required. * Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Great listening skills are imperative! * A clean and professional appearance must be maintained at all times. * Basic computer skills are required. * The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to work well in a competitive environment. * Must be available to work Saturdays. * Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
