We are looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused, and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for holistic health, alternative medicine, and natural wellness, with experience or interest in CBD, Kratom, and other plant-based therapeutic products. Key Responsibilities * Greet and engage customers, providing a welcoming and educational shopping experience. * Assist customers in selecting CBD, Kratom, herbal remedies, and other medicinal products that align with their health and wellness goals. * Provide accurate and up-to-date information on dosages, effects, and benefits of plant-based products. * Ensure customers understand product legality, safety precautions, and responsible use. * Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. * Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system. Qualifications & Skills: * Passion for holistic wellness, herbal medicine, CBD, Kratom, and alternative health products. * Prior retail or sales experience (especially in CBD, Kratom, or wellness industries) is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate customers confidently. * Ability to understand product legality and responsibly inform customers about usage. * Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. * Basic computer skills for processing sales and tracking inventory. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when stocking products.
