We are looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused, and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for holistic health, alternative medicine, and natural wellness, with experience or interest in CBD, Kratom, and other plant-based therapeutic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing a welcoming and educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting CBD, Kratom, herbal remedies, and other medicinal products that align with their health and wellness goals.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on dosages, effects, and benefits of plant-based products.
• Ensure customers understand product legality, safety precautions, and responsible use.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.

Qualifications

& Skills:

• Passion for holistic wellness, herbal medicine, CBD, Kratom, and alternative health products.
• Prior retail or sales experience (especially in CBD, Kratom, or wellness industries) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate customers confidently.
• Ability to understand product legality and responsibly inform customers about usage.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Basic computer skills for processing sales and tracking inventory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when stocking products. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
