Responsibilities

:

• Conduct on-site roof inspections for residential and commercial properties
• Identify storm damage and structural concerns while educating homeowners on solutions
• Assist customers with insurance claims and approval processes
• Work collaboratively with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships and referrals
• Meet individual and team performance goals related to inspections and contract closures

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Ability to confidently climb ladders and perform detailed roof inspections (training provided)
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or construction is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
