As Vice President, you manage the entire business of the Western Region, oversee sales and service goals, budgets, results, and personnel decisions. This position is based at the West Region headquarters in Torrance, CA. The base salary for this position starts at $170,000+ per year, commensurate with experience. The compensation plan also includes a bonus. Responsibilities & Qualifications: Your responsibilities include: * Accountability for Profitability and Goals of the Western Region * Developing and implementing strategic sales plans * Managing sales and expense budgets * Recruiting, hiring, and developing staff * Preparing sales reports Skills and qualifications you will need: * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields * 5 years of management experience in sales or service * 5 years of experience in sales or service, preferably in a related industry * Ability to travel up to 25% throughout the US with focus on the Western Region * Valid driver's license and passport We Offer: Life at Anton Paar is more than just work, with an employee-led In Motion Program organizing active social events during and outside working hours.
