Job

Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the sales of manufactured and modular home sales here in Rome and surrounding areas.

Duties

- Conduct business development activities to increase sales on social media platforms- - - Assess the needs of home buyers and find the best fit for them and their family's - Manage the sales process from the first meet to closing and funding deals

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in manufactured home sales - Strong sense of urgency in collecting conditions to close the home loan - Demonstrated ability to generate individual sales from social media and walk on traffic - Proficiency in conducting product demos and delivering persuasive presentations - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
