This success is driven by our ahead- of-the-curve product offerings and strategic enhancements to existing programs that broaden traditional eligibility criteria, such as: * Qualify based on higher earners FICO score. If co-borrower has a 500 FICO score, no problem as we can include their income but go based of borrower's mid FICO instead. * One day out of Bankruptcy available for all income program types from > Full > Bank statements or 1099s > Asset Qualification > P&L * P&L loans down to 600 FICO score * 12-18 Month Bridge to Sale Products where borrowers can take cash out while their property is listed on the market (Listing must be verified) - NO MAX LOAN AMOUNT / 1 MIL MIN LOAN REQUEST ( We have private money investors for smaller loan requests) * 30 Year fixed commercial DSCR for the buy and hold investor who does not want to go tax return route. (low doc loan, based on rental income vs mortgage payment). * ALT - DOC HELOC & 2nd mortgage programs * FHA & VA Approved THE LIST GOES ON.... Whether you're looking to take the next step in your career or supplement your current income stream, we offer the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. *Responsibilities: - Intake mortgage loan applications accurately and qualify efficiently. - Communicate effectively with clients, sales support, and management throughout the loan process. - Ensure all necessary documentation is gathered and submitted promptly to loan officer assistant or direct to processing department. - Follow up and study programs and guidelines to increase product knowledge. * Those who want to know the fine details are the ones who see a linear growth in income month over month and advance to higher commission splits. - Adhere to strict timelines for proposal submissions and client reviews. *Requirements: - NMLS Licensed Individuals.
