About the job Job Summary Job Title: Business Development Representative Company: Smartride Global Services LLC Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $3,000 Base Salary; $3,000 commission per deal Language: English (required). Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will work with both predefined prospects and self- sourced leads to promote Smartride's suite of services, build relationships, and close deals. Key Responsibilities * Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of warm leads and self-generated outreach. * Engage potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and other outreach methods. * Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and align them with Smartride's services. * Present and pitch Smartride's value propositions to key decision-makers. * Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems. * Collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop targeted campaigns and strategic outreach plans. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. * Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. * 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related client-facing role. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. * Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. * Knowledge of or interest in the transportation/mobility industry is a bonus.
