TOTAL COMPENSATION PER VEHICLE SOLD AVERAGE = $500.00+ SIGN ON BONUS FOR WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATE Alderman Automotive is looking for self-motivated and energetic Full Time sales representatives to join our rapidly growing dealership. The ideal candidate for the sales position should have the following: * Be enthusiastic with high energy * Be outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections * Have quality customer service skills * Have strong interpersonal and communications skills both in-person, over the phone and via email. * Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills * Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales * Be capable of learning and using new software and systems * Be persistent but polite * Have outstanding work ethic * Be able to focuses on the customer's wants and needs * Enjoy being part of a team * Must have a valid driver's license * Professional Appearance * Automotive sales experience is not a must but come highly recommended. Job Duties * Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models, inspecting automobiles. * Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, greeting drop-ins, and responding to inquiries * Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests, matching requirements and interests to various models, building rapport. * Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, taking drives, explaining warranties and services. * Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, completing sales or purchase contracts, explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing, collects payment, delivers automobile. * Provides sales management information through constant communication. * Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments We are looking for great people to help us get to the next level.
