About the Role

: As a Customer Sales Assistant, you'll work side by side with a Sales Account Representative inside major retail locations across the Austin area. Your responsibilities will include assisting with product launches, engaging with in-store customers, introducing current promotions, and enrolling new customers into the client's services. This is a full-time position with consistent hours, opportunities for advancement, and weekly performance-based bonuses. Candidates must be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, approaching customers, and using mobile technology like tablets and CRM systems to complete customer sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers in a retail setting to educate and enroll them in current promotions
• Support retail product launches and daily sales events
• Assist the Sales Account Representative with customer acquisition goals
• Use a tablet and CRM software to track customer information and conversions
• Maintain a professional, approachable, and energetic presence on the sales floor
• Manage customer objections and handle rejection with confidence and resilience

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous customer service, sales, or retail experience is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to confidently communicate with customers in a face-to-face setting
• Comfort using tablets, CRM systems, and other sales technology
• Reliable transportation to various retail locations in the Austin area
