As an Account Executive, you should be a disciplined self-starter who is analytical and thrives on winning and customer satisfaction. To be effective, you will need a deep understanding of the Cloud Managed Services space with products spanning from VMware, Veeam, Zerto, EDR/MDR, and other industry- leading technologies. With these attributes, you will be a vital part of driving organizational growth and helping shape the mid-market's future of managed cloud services. If you are uninterested in selling, do not have a focus on achievement, are not serious about quota attainment, and do not like to win. This opportunity is not a fit for you. The Role: MUST HAVE RELEVANT SALES EXPERIENCE WITH AN MANAGED SERVICES PROVIDER * Successful Quota Attainment via strong prospecting and networking efforts within your region * Engage with and close opportunities generated by Marketing and Channel team * Build your strong brand within in your region, becoming a known entity and subject matter expert to increase your sales pipeline * Manage a small base of existing customers, ensuring proper support and regular engagement * Ensure CRM data is always current. Ideal candidates will have experience selling BaaS, DRaaS Managed Services, and Cloud Solutions. * Knowledge and Experience * Proven ability to exceed Quota * 5+ Years in the Managed Services sector * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong understanding of the competitive landscape * Strong understanding of VMware-based cloud solutions, BaaS/DR, and cloud security solutions What's in it for you? * Competitive Salaries. * Uncapped variable earning potential * Medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Performive's Benefit Contribution: $4,800+/year. * Match 100% on the first 4% of your contribution to 401k. * Business Casual Dress.
