Duties

• Support and manage client accounts with precision and care
• Handle endorsements, audits, policy changes, renewals, and special projects
• Provide outstanding service--answering inquiries about quotes, claims, coverages, and billing
• Partner with agents to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction
• Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage gaps with thoughtful solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive, reliable support
• Contribute to agency success through collaboration, initiative, and excellence

Requirements

• Current 4-40 License (Required by the State Department of Insurance)
• 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software
• A proactive, client-first mindset and desire to grow professionally
• Proven experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
• Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
• Proficient in computer systems and data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone or through chat platforms.
• Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of how to identify customer needs effectively.
