As an Entry Level Account Associate, you will play a key role in engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their connectivity and quality of service through AT&T's premium services. We are looking for an outgoing Entry Level Account Associate who is able to multitask and manage customer accounts and present them with service solutions. Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Associate: * Utilize AT&T products and their wide range of available services to effectively communicate with customers in order understand their needs and make recommendations regarding wireless, internet, and entertainment services * Build trusted relationships with customers through personalized sales consultations, presentations, and customer interactions * Drive sales by educating customers on promotions, packages, and exclusive deals * Process customer account orders efficiently and accurately * Track customer orders to complete customer satisfaction which includes product delivery, installation and set up of service * Participate in meetings to stay informed about AT&T product updates, promotions, and industry trends Entry Level Account Associate Qualifications: * Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or retail * Bilingual is a plus but not required * Strong ability to connect with customers and build rapport * Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable engaging with new people * Passion for technology, sales, and helping customers find the best solutions Join us in expanding sales and delivering top-tier customer experiences with AT&T!
