Responsibilities/Qualifications: First Equity Mortgage , a subsidiary of Drees Homes, is seeking a dynamic Vice President - National Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and facilitating Drees Homes financed purchase loans through exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage relationships with Drees Divisional Management, Sales Managers and Market Managers to maximize team efforts to sell homes and originate mortgages * Ensure First Equity meets desired capture rate, margins, profitability, and customer service goals * Staff and train Loan Officers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to meet both Drees and First Equity objectives * Manage and assign responsibilities to Loan Officers to maximize efficiency and distribution of workload * Provide finance related sales tools such as extended locks and relative marketing information to Drees sales staff by working in conjunction with FEM secondary marketing * Monitor Loan Officers to ensure they are compliant with guidelines established by regulatory agencies to avoid risk Knowledge and Skills: * Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Results oriented with strong organization and negotiation skills * Analytical problem solver with the ability to see the big picture * High level of personal and professional integrity * Customer focused, self-motivated and positive attitude * Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Requirements: * College degree required, in related field preferred * Valid NMLS license * Minimum 8-10 years personal Mortgage Loan Originator experience * Minimum 3-5 years Mortgage Loan Origination Management experience * Experience in the residential construction loan origination industry a plus This position is in our First Equity Mortgage Fort Mitchell, KY office. _ First Equity Mortgage offers competitive pay and a full benefits package including profit sharing & 401(k) plans._ _ To learn more about First Equity Mortgage and Drees Homes, please visit our websites -_[please apply online] or [please apply online] Summary: Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug-Free Work Place To learn more about Drees Homes, please visit our website -*[please apply online]
