The Tox Austin is growing! We are seeking a talented and motivated front-of- house team member who is passionate about the wellness industry, excels at building connections, and genuinely cares about helping clients. Experience in a salon, wellness studio, or eye care practice is required. As a key part of our team, our FOH members are passionate about wellness and beauty, deliver exceptional client service, and bring a positive, vibrant energy to the role. You'll be the first and last person our clients interact with, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. About The Tox: The Tox is a unique wellness experience, driven by social media and delivering results like no other. Founded in 2019, we are expanding rapidly, with nearly 20 locations by the end of 2024.

Qualifications

:

• 2-3 years of front desk experience in a spa, salon, or similar environment
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
• Punctual, reliable, and organized
• Flexible schedule, with weekend, holiday, and some early morning/late evening availability

Responsibilities

:

• Maintain sales quotas and KPIs related to business development.
• Provide high-level customer service in-person, via phone, and on social media
• Assist with daily tasks like cleaning, maintaining the studio, and re-stocking products
• Attend events and interact with attendees promoting The Tox.
• Help clients with product sales and rebooking sessions
• Ensure smooth check-in/out processes and support the team
• Maintain The Tox's distinct aesthetic and culture Perks &
