Responsibilities

:

• Wireless Account Representatives provide personalized sales presentations to businesses, showing how Frontier's offerings can enhance productivity, connectivity, and security
• Promote limited-time offers, discounts, or bundled packages to increase the likelihood of closing sales.
• Engage with customers to promote products and services, explain features, and encourage the adoption of Frontier's offerings
• Keep an accurate record of customer interactions, feedback, and preferences
• Ensure all communications with customers adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
• Join Wireless Account Representative meetings to help resolve any issues that arise
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics related to new customer acquisitions Wireless Account Representative

Requirements

:

• Wireless Account Representatives must have at least 2 years of complete college coursework or related work experience
• Experience in sales, customer service or customer support roles preferred but not required
• Dependable transportation to travel to and from various field locations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Experience with public speaking a plus
• Comfortable engaging with customers face to face
• Able to think on your feet and adapt to changing environments Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
