Sales & Group Planning Coordinator Skyline Destination Management Inc. is a luxury Destination Management company based in Orlando, FL. We are looking for someone to assist the Senior Sales Manager. Job Description: * Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager * Prepare effective proposals, contracts, presentations, reports and general communication * Work closely with all key Hotel operational departments * Organise and be the point of contact for internal Hotel events Requirements: * Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Has open availibliies, but generally 9:00AM-5:00PM on weekdays and weekends * Preferably has work experience in Administrative Positions Schedule: 40 hours, 8 hours five days a week 9:00AM-5:00PM. Training schedule will be from Monday through Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM, after training you are required to work weekends 9:00AM-5:00PM. You will receive your schedule on a weekly basis. Overtime may be available during busy period.
