Sales & Group Planning Coordinator Skyline Destination Management Inc. is a luxury Destination Management company based in Orlando, FL. We are looking for someone to assist the Senior Sales Manager.

Job Description

:

• Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager
• Prepare effective proposals, contracts, presentations, reports and general communication
• Work closely with all key Hotel operational departments
• Organise and be the point of contact for internal Hotel events

Requirements

:

• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has open availibliies, but generally 9:00AM-5:00PM on weekdays and weekends
• Preferably has work experience in Administrative Positions Schedule: 40 hours, 8 hours five days a week 9:00AM-5:00PM. Training schedule will be from Monday through Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM, after training you are required to work weekends 9:00AM-5:00PM. You will receive your schedule on a weekly basis. Overtime may be available during busy period. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
