Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to help our clients find their perfect New or Pre-Owned vehicle. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to start a rewarding career in the auto industry, we provide all the tools, training, and support to help you succeed.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs. Present vehicles in an engaging, informative way -- in-person, over the phone, and online!
• Explain financing, warranty, and service options clearly and professionally.
• Guide customers through test drives while adhering to safety protocols
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term relationships with past customers.
• Stay up to date on inventory, product updates, and current promotions
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the process What We 're Looking For: Outgoing, confident, and coachable individuals Passion for customer service and building relationships Strong verbal communication skills and a professional appearance (Bilingual is plus but not required) Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Sales or customer service experience is a plus -- but not required (we'll train the right person!) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
