Responsibilities * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services while assisting customers with their needs. * Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, working towards effective resolutions. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system. * Collaborate with team members to improve overall client services and streamline processes. * Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery. * Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. * Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. Skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers. * Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation. * Experience in customer support roles, preferably within a call center environment. * Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Familiarity with client services principles and practices. * Ability to maintain composure under pressure while delivering exceptional service. * Knowledge of sales techniques to assist in driving business growth.
