Responsibilities * Finish the PLACE Launch program * Use PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis * Guide buyers, finalize agreements, and help them find homes * Negotiate offers on behalf of clients * Record tasks in PLACE Technology * Organize two open houses every month * Convert leads into scheduled appointments * Participate in weekly script practice and team events * Join weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers, obtain listings, and promote properties * Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services Qualifications * You have a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge. * You excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions. * Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise. * Handling objections is second nature to you. * You communicate effectively and are dedicated to providing excellent service. * You work well with others. * You hold a valid real estate license. * You bring over 1+ years of experience in real estate sales. * You possess strong written and verbal communication abilities. * You are eager to learn and focused on growth. * You are well-organized. * You are open to learning scripts and dialogues. * You have excellent time management skills.
