We are seeking a passionate, results-driven sales leader with a proven track record to join our team as the Director of Sales for our Atlanta Market Portfolio . The ideal candidate will thrive on achieving excellence, delivering outstanding hospitality, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with the local community to promote the hotel and generate business.
• Brand Standards: Ensure consistency and adherence to IHG brand standards in all sales activities.
• Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and budget information.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a sales leadership role within the hotel industry.
• Community Engagement: Strong involvement in local sales and community activities.
• Communication: Positive and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Technical Skills: Competence in Word and Excel; ability to create and manage sales reports and forecasts.
