Summary As a Commercial Sales Executive at North River Fence, LLC, you will play a key role in generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position offers a base salary plus commission , rewarding your efforts in securing and closing deals. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. * Identify and engage potential commercial clients through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. * Prepare and present estimates, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively. * Collaborate with internal teams to align project execution with client needs. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities. * Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer insights to management.
